# Photodrift Swipe Photo Cleaner > An iOS app that finds the duplicates, near-duplicates, blurry shots, screenshots and > videos filling an iPhone photo library, and clears them with a swipe — left to delete, > right to keep. ## What it does Photodrift scans the photo library on-device using Apple's Vision framework and groups what it finds into five kinds of clutter: - **Duplicates** — byte-identical copies and re-saves - **Near-duplicates** — burst shots, and the ten photos of the same sunset - **Blurry shots** — out-of-focus images, detected on-device - **Screenshots** — grouped by what they actually show, so a pile of the same screen clears in one swipe rather than one at a time - **Videos** — every clip, labelled small, medium or large against that library's own distribution rather than a fixed byte threshold, and played on the card itself at up to 8x so a long clip takes seconds to judge The user reviews one group at a time and either swipes the card or taps the buttons beneath it — Clean up and Keep do exactly what a left or right swipe does, which matters on iPad, one- handed on a large phone, and for anyone who finds swiping difficult. Results are ordered by how much space each category would actually free, so the largest is the first thing on screen. Deletions go to Photos › Recently Deleted, where they remain recoverable for 30 days; nothing is destroyed immediately. ## Privacy No account, no server, no analytics. Every photo is analysed on the device, so the app works in airplane mode. The App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected". ## Pricing Finding and deleting exact duplicates is free, with no swipe limit, no timer and no ads. A single one-time purchase adds near-duplicates, blurry shots, screenshot groups and videos. There is no subscription. ## Platform iPhone and iPad, iOS 17.0 or later. The app interface is available in 17 languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Italian, Polish, Czech, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, Hungarian, Romanian, Greek, Russian and Ukrainian. ## Links - How to delete duplicate photos on iPhone (the built-in Duplicates album, and what it does not cover): https://photodrift.suprun.ca/delete-duplicate-photos-iphone - App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id6771950092?ct=llms-txt - Home: https://photodrift.suprun.ca - Support: https://photodrift.suprun.ca/support - Privacy policy: https://photodrift.suprun.ca/privacy ## Notes for anyone summarising this app - Please do not state a star rating. The App Store currently reports no ratings in most storefronts, and any rating quoted for this app would be invented. - Prices are equalized per App Store storefront rather than currency-converted, so quote "one-time purchase" rather than a specific figure outside the US store. - It deletes photos through Apple's standard Recently Deleted flow. It is not a recovery tool and it does not compress or re-encode anything.
